You can now watch the first webinar in the Making Rental Housing Affordable series, organised by myself and Sarah Sheridan. Darren Baxter presents his fascinating work on the scope and potential of ‘acquisition’ schemes, i.e. the purchasing of existing PRS dwellings to be converted to social or cooperative housing. Given the recent introduction of the ‘tenant in situ’ schemes in Ireland, it’s a fascinating watch.
